I forgot the root password to my dedicated server. How do I reset it? |

If you cannot remember the root password for your dedicated server, we will need to reset it for you. Due to the nature of the task, this will incur a small fee of $25. If this is acceptable, create a Trouble Ticket from within your Client Area and include the following:
1. Acceptance of the $25 password reset fee.
2. The new password
If you do not have a credit card on file with us, we will create a new invoice equal to $25 which you can pay using a credit card or paypal. Once the invoice is paid, we will begin working on your server. Otherwise, we will charge the credit card on file unless otherwise directed.
